Free Shipping within the United States. International shipping is unavailable at the moment.
RETURN POLICY
Artwork and pet portraits cannot be returned or exchanged. However, when ordering a pet portrait, a watermarked picture of the finished portrait will be sent to you to make sure you are 100% happy before I ship it out.
PAYMENT METHOD
If you are purchasing a pet portrait, I will create an item in my shop for you to purchase it through (ex. Greta and Ruby's Deposit or Greta and Ruby's Final Payment). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
